Please have this reviewed before launch
This policy describes this website accurately, and every statement in it was checked against the code. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and Nigerian data protection practice has requirements a website owner should confirm, not assume. Treat it as a good-faith draft to put in front of whoever advises the company.
The short version
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts. If you email us or send a brief, we keep what you wrote so we can reply, and we do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a list you did not ask for.
What we collect, and only when you give it to us
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number, plus the brand you are enquiring about, what the enquiry is about, your timeline, an optional budget, and your message.
We use it for one purpose: to answer you. It arrives as an email at the studio's inbox, where it is handled like any other business correspondence.
If you book a session through the scheduling tab, that provider collects whatever it needs to run the booking, under its own policy.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no third-party trackers, and builds no profile of visitors. There is no behavioural advertising on this site and no data broker behind it.
Ordinary web server logs record an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested, as almost every web server does. They are kept for security and kept for a short period, and they are not linked to anything you sent us.
Who else sees it
- ·Our email provider. Enquiries are delivered through a third-party transactional email service, which processes them to send the message.
- ·Our hosting provider. The site is served by a third-party host, which processes technical data to deliver each page.
- ·The booking provider, if you use the scheduling tab, under its own terms.
None of these may sell your data, and none of them may use it to advertise to you. We do not share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a thread if you come back. We do not keep an indefinite archive of enquiries.
Your choices
- ·Ask what we hold. Write to us and we will tell you what we have about you.
- ·Ask us to delete it. We will remove what we hold about you, except correspondence we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
- ·Change your mind. If you asked us to stop contacting you, we will, and you do not have to explain why.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what travels between you and it is encrypted in transit. Contact submissions are validated on the server, and a hidden field is used to reject automated spam. No system is perfect, and we will not claim ours is.
Children
This site is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the review date at the top of the page, so the date is a real signal rather than a formality.
